How it works

    Add your goals, schedule, time per session, equipment, and any injury areas. Optionally connect a wearable and turn on daily check-ins to tune recommendations to how you actually feel.

  2. Get your daily plan

    Levelan uses your inputs to build your routine. Each day we check your readiness (sleep, recovery, and recent load) and recommend Ready, Steady, or Light. When life gets in the way, the week reflows so nothing falls through.

  3. Stay in the game

    On easy weeks, push hard. On hard weeks, show up for a light workout or two. Either way, the habit holds and the progress compounds.

No. Levelan works with what you have: gym, home setup, hotel room. Equipment availability is factored into every session automatically and determined during your onboarding.

Do I need a wearable?

No. With a wearable, Levelan uses your sleep and heart rate data to compute readiness automatically. Without one, a quick daily check-in (energy, mood, stress, soreness) fills the gap. Either way, recommendations are calibrated to what you can actually support today.
